Carmel Corsairs (Mundelein, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL), 61-42 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Carmel upgrades its record to 12-19 on the year. The Corsairs travel to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL) to face the Rams in a non-league match on Friday, February 28. The Rams enter the match with a record of 27-4. DePaul College Prep won 71-21 in their recent non-league match against North Chicago (North Chicago, IL)

The Rebels now sport a 15-13 record.
