In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host West Adams Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the USC-MAE Trojans.
The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Maywood Academy (Maywood, CA). The Nighthawks enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Trojans meet the Downtown Magnets Suns (Los Angeles, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, March 21. USC-MAE will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
