The Absegami Braves basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Toms River South Indians to 40 in the Braves non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Braves now have a 15-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hammonton for a non-league game on Saturday, March 1. Absegami will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 39-35 non-league win over Shawnee (Medford, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Toms River South falls to 6-4 on the campaign.
