North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Butler overwhelms Mountain Island Charter

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Butler Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a good 11-2 triumph over the Mountain Island Charter Raptors.
The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Knights go into the Southwestern/So Meck contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Ardrey Kell knocked off Sun Valley (Monroe, NC), 19-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Raptors meet the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont contest, on Monday, March 3. Mountain Island Charter will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC).
