The St. Augustine Yellow Jackets lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the host Fleming Island Golden Eagles to 14 in the Yellow Jackets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Yellow Jackets now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Tocoi Creek for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. St. Augustine will clash with a Toros squad coming off a 15-2 league win over Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL). The Toros record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Fleming Island falls to 2-4 on the year. The Golden eagles host Maclay (Tallahassee, FL) to clash with the Marauders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 27. The Marauders go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Maclay won 17-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Navarre (Navarre, FL)
