California High School Softball - Yuba City held off by Bella Vista

February 26, 2025: Fair Oaks, CA 95628

The Bella Vista Broncos got by the visiting Yuba City Honkers softball squad by a count of 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Broncos meet the Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 28. Bella Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA).

The Honkers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chico (Chico, CA). The Panthers go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Chico was nudged by Rio Linda (Rio Linda, CA), 8-7, in a non-league challenge.
