The St. John's Pioneers tipped the visiting Chelmsford Lions basketball team by a final score of 62-61 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the Needham Rockets (Needham, MA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 2. St. John's will attempt to move on its 10-11 season record. The Rockets enter the game with a 18-2 record after their 62-43 non-league win over Boston College High (Boston, MA).
With the defeat, Chelmsford moves to 12-9 on the year.
