In Monday's non-league match, the host Southwest Christian Stars basketball team scored a decisive 58-17 triumph over the Lester Prairie Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Stars meet the Holy Family Catholic Fire (Victoria, MN) in a AA Section 5 match, on Friday, March 3. Southwest Christian will attempt to move on its 8-17 season record. The Fire enter the match with a 23-2 record after their 85-54 non-league win over Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN).
With the defeat, Lester Prairie moves to 15-9 on the year.
