In Monday's non-league outing, the South Colonials (Worcester, MA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA), by a margin of 78-43.
The Colonials (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Sharon (Sharon, MA). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 17-3 record. In their last outing, Sharon smashed Walpole (Walpole, MA), 84-62, in a non-league outing.
The Red Raiders now own a 10-11 record.
