The Fremont Packers (Fremont, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Newaygo Lions (Newaygo, MI), 46-29 in Monday's non-league test.
The Packers (9-14) will now prepare for their test against Montague (Montague, MI). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 14-7 record. In their last test, Montague notched a victory over Oakridge (Muskegon, MI), 38-30, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 6-15 record.
