Plant Panthers (Tampa, FL) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Riverview Sarasota Rams (Sarasota, FL), 17-13 in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Alonso for a 2A D10 battle on Friday, March 3. Plant will clash with a Ravens squad coming off a 24-1 non-league loss to Steinbrenner (Lutz, FL). The Ravens record now stands at 1-5.
In their next game, the Rams clash with the Saint Stephen's Episcopal Falcons (Bradenton, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 2. Riverview Sarasota will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 18-1 non-league win over Sarasota Military Academy (Sarasota, FL).
