Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Glenbrook Apaches (Minden, LA) and the visiting Stanley Panthers (Logansport, LA), witnessed Glenbrook's softball squad tip Stanley by a count of 11-9.
The Apaches now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Haughton for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 4.
With the loss, Stanley moves to 5-2 on the season. The Panthers host Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 7. The Cavaliers go into the match with a record of 7-4.
