Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Columbia overwhelmed by Shamokin Area

The Shamokin Area Indians basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the visiting Central Columbia Bluejays to 46 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danville for a non-league contest on Friday, March 1. Shamokin Area will battle a Ironmen team coming off a 58-31 league win over Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA). The Ironmen record now stands at 16-6.
The Bluejays (14-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA). The Green Dragons come into the Heartland II contest with a 7-15 record. In their last contest, Lewisburg was routed by Danville (Danville, PA), 58-31, in a league contest.
