In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Marked Tree Indians basketball team scored a good 56-38 triumph over the Jasper Pirates.
In their next game, the Indians meet the Bradley Bears (Bradley, AR) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 1. Marked Tree will attempt to better on its 32-4 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 32-2 record after their 65-55 non-league win over Scranton (Scranton, AR).
With the defeat, Jasper moves to 24-13 on the year.
