In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Abingdon Falcons (Abingdon, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA), by a count of 53-52.
The Falcons (23-6) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 25-0 record. In their last outing, Liberty Christian held off Carroll County (Hillsville, VA), 78-50, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now hold a 24-5 record.
