The Hibriten Panthers basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Hickory Red Tornadoes to 49 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stuart W. Cramer for a non-league contest on Friday, March 1. Hibriten will meet a Storm team coming off a 64-49 non-league win over Foard (Newton, NC). The Storm record now stands at 23-5.
