The Solon Comets tipped the host Strongsville Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 65-63 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Comets face the Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 1. Solon will attempt to move on its 18-6 season record. The Polar Bears enter the game with a 21-3 record after their 37-25 non-league win over Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH).
With the defeat, Strongsville moves to 21-3 on the year.
