The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) and the visiting Hunt Warriors (Wilson, NC), saw Middle Creek's soccer squad get by Hunt by a margin of 4-3.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Willow Spring for a non-league test on Thursday, February 29. Middle Creek will encounter a Storm squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Storm record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Hunt moves to 0-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC) to face the Vikings in a non-league contest on Friday, March 1. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 1-0. Hoggard won 9-0 in their recent league contest against North Brunswick (Leland, NC)
