In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Newbury Park Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Oak Park Eagles.
The Panthers now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Barbara for a non-league test on Friday, March 1. Newbury Park will face a Dons squad coming off a 15-2 league loss to Cate (Carpinteria, CA). The Dons record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 29. Oak Park will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 13-12 non-league loss to Saugus (Saugus, CA).
