The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Columbus Blue Devils (Columbus, GA) and the visiting Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA), saw Columbus's soccer squad knock off Northgate by a margin of 2-0.

The Blue Devils now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Carver for a 3A Area 1 test on Monday, March 4. Columbus will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 3-3 non-league Kendrick (Columbus, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Northgate drops to 2-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA) to meet the Chiefs in a 5A Area 3 test on Friday, March 8. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 6-0.
