California High School Softball - Rancho Verde bounces Fontana

The Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA) softball routed the visiting Fontana Steelers (Fontana, CA), 14-3 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA). The Eagles go into the Inland Valley bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Rancho Christian toppled Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA), 6-4, in a non-league bout.

The Steelers now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hesperia for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 28. Fontana will confront a Scorpions squad coming off a 16-11 non-league loss to Adelanto (Adelanto, CA). The Scorpions record now stands at 1-4.
