The McEachern Indians (Powder Springs, GA) baseball the visiting Chestatee War Eagles (Gainesville, GA), 4-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Indians now own a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hiram for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. McEachern will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Paulding County (Dallas, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, Chestatee drops to 1-8 on the year. The War eagles travel to Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA) to clash with the Indians in a 3A Area 6 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Lumpkin County lost 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against North Forsyth (Cumming, GA)
