North Carolina High School Baseball - West Charlotte held off by Berry

In Thursday's non-league bout, the Berry Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) baseball squad the host West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC), by a score of 7-5.

Next up, the Cardinals encounter the Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 3. Berry will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Titans enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC).

The Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks enter the Queen City 3A/4A bout with a 0-2 record.
