The Veterans Memorial Chargers (Brownsville, TX) baseball the host Porter Cowboys (Brownsville, TX), 4-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pace for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 27. Veterans Memorial will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 11-0 league loss to Weslaco East (Weslaco, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 0-2.
