West Virginia High School Basketball - Scott overwhelms Braxton County

The Scott Skyhawks basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Braxton County Eagles to 42 in the Skyhawks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Skyhawks now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they host Roane County for a Little Kanawha - East match on Saturday, March 1. Scott will face a Raiders squad coming off a 81-40 non-league loss to Hoover (Clendenin, WV). The Raiders record now stands at 5-15.

The Eagles now own a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Philip Barbour for a non-league match on Friday, March 7. Braxton County will face a Colts squad coming off a 83-42 league loss to Fairmont Senior (Fairmont, WV). The Colts record now stands at 6-14.
