In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Woodcreek Timberwolves lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-3 triumph over the Rocklin Thunder.
The Timberwolves (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Folsom held off Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA), 8-7, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Thunder clash with the St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, March 4. Rocklin will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
