The Eagles now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Winter Park for a 2A D5 challenge on Friday, February 28. Edgewater will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 21-5 non-league win over Orangewood Christian (Maitland, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Apopka falls to 3-4 on the year. The Blue darters host Lake Howell (Winter Park, FL) to clash with the Silverhawks in a 2A D6 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Silverhawks go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Lake Howell won 15-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Winter Springs (Winter Springs, FL)
