Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA), 12-7 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Whitewater advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Union Grove (McDonough, GA) to play the Wolverines in a game on Wednesday, March 5. The Wolverines come into the game with a record of 1-4.

The Knights now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Cobb for a non-league game on Monday, March 3. Midtown will play a Warriors team coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-0.
