The Apex Cougars triumphed over the visiting Broughton Capitals lacrosse team by a tally of 11-4 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cougars play the Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 1. Apex will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Capitals (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Catamounts come into the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
