North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Southwest Guilford drops to Cornerstone Charter

February 27, 2025: Greensboro, NC 27409

Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) followers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC), 19-9 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Cornerstone Charter advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Camels in a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont game on Wednesday, March 5. The Camels come into the game with a record of 2-0.

The Cowboys now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grimsley for a Metro game on Tuesday, March 4.
