The Pope Greyhounds lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the visiting East Paulding Raiders to 0 in the Greyhounds league triumph on Thursday.

The Greyhounds now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to River Ridge for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. Pope will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 24-3 league loss to Roswell (Roswell, GA). The Knights record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, East Paulding falls to 0-5 on the year. The Raiders travel to Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA) to clash with the Mustangs in a 2A Area 3 challenge on Monday, March 3. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Kennesaw Mountain won 6-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Dalton (Dalton, GA)
