Alabama High School Softball - American Christian Academy bounces Hillcrest

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting American Christian Academy Patriots softball team scored a nice 18-2 victory over the Hillcrest Patriots.
The Patriots (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Gardendale (Gardendale, AL). The Rockets go into the non-league match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Gardendale was routed by Austin (Decatur, AL), 15-5, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Patriots battle the Demopolis Tigers (Demopolis, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 28. Hillcrest will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 3-7 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to West Blocton (West Blocton, AL).
