The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Marcus Marauders (Flower Mound, TX) and the visiting Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX), observed Marcus's softball team prevail over Grapevine by a tally of 14-0.

The Marauders (8-2) will now prepare for their bout against Trinity (Euless, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 5-6 record. In their last bout, Trinity was routed by Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX), 6-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Forney Jackrabbits (Forney, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 27. Grapevine will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Jackrabbits go into the bout with a 11-0 record after their 14-0 non-league win over Reedy (Frisco, TX).
