Louisiana High School Softball - University Lab bounces Hammond

The University Lab Cubs softball team scored 23 runs and held the host Hammond Tornadoes to 8 in the Cubs non-league win on Thursday.
The Cubs now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Livonia for a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. University Lab will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 14-9 non-league loss to Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Hammond moves to 0-4 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA) to confront the in a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. The come into the battle with a record of 0-4. Lakeshore lost 11-2 in their recent non-league battle against Walker (Walker, LA)
