In Thursday's non-league test, the Scott Central Rebels (Forest, MS) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ridgeland Titans (Ridgeland, MS), by a tally of 17-2.

Next, the Rebels clash with the Pelahatchie Chiefs (Pelahatchie, MS) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 28. Scott Central will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Chiefs go into the test with a 4-0 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Magee (Magee, MS).

The Titans (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Yazoo City (Yazoo City, MS). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Yazoo City was routed by Natchez (Natchez, MS), 19-18, in a non-league test.
