In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Sebastopol Bobcats softball team scored a nice 23-1 win over the Taylorsville Tartars.
The Bobcats (5-0) will now prepare for their match against Scott Central (Forest, MS). The Rebels come into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Scott Central notched a victory over Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS), 17-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Tartars confront the Heidelberg Oilers (Heidelberg, MS) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 27. Taylorsville will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Oilers come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 25-17 non-league loss to Laurel (Laurel, MS).
