North Carolina High School Baseball - McDowell loses to R-S Central

The R-S Central Hilltoppers triumphed over the host McDowell Titans baseball squad by a score of 18-7 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Hilltoppers battle the East Henderson Eagles (East Flat Rock, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 2. R-S Central will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC).

With the defeat, McDowell drops to 0-1 on the year. The Titans travel to Owen (Black Mountain, NC) to play the Warhorses in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 3. The Warhorses go into the test with a record of 1-0. Owen won 15-2 in their recent non-league test against Rosman (Rosman, NC)
