Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX), 11-3 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Grapevine upgrades its record to 7-9 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Aledo (Aledo, TX) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league match on Saturday, February 28. The Bearcats come into the match with a record of 7-6. Aledo won 8-0 in their recent non-league match against Abilene (Abilene, TX)

In their next game, the Trojans confront the Lake Ridge Eagles (Mansfield, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, February 28. Trinity will attempt to better on its 5-12 season record.
