Creekside Seminoles (Fairburn, GA) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting New Manchester Jaguars (Douglasville, GA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Seminoles face the Banneker Trojans (College Park, GA) in a AAAAA Region 3 challenge, on Thursday, March 10. Creekside will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA).

The Jaguars now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Villa Rica for a AAAAA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, March 1. New Manchester will face a Wildcats team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Cartersville (Cartersville, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-5.
