In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the Biggersville Lions (Corinth, MS) baseball squad triumphed over the host Wheeler Eagles (Wheeler, MS), by a margin of 15-1.

With the win, Biggersville betters its record to 1-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Alcorn Central (Glen, MS) to encounter the Bears in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Alcorn Central lost 11-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS)

With the defeat, Wheeler falls to 2-3 on the season. The Eagles host Houlka (Houlka, MS) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
