West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, West Brunswick upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, March 4. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-1. St. Pauls lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against South View (Hope Mills, NC)
With the defeat, James Kenan falls to 0-1 on the season. The Tigers host Lakewood (Roseboro, NC) to battle the Leopards in a non-league test on Monday, March 6. The Leopards come into the test with a record of 1-1. Lakewood lost 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Clinton (Clinton, NC)
