North Carolina High School Basketball - West Charlotte nudges Ben L. Smith

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad edged the host Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC), by a count of 66-62.

The Lions (15-13) will now prepare for their outing against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 30-0 record. In their last outing, Central Cabarrus held off Crest (Shelby, NC), 86-50, in a non-league outing.

The Golden Eagles now hold a 27-4 record.
