The Coopersville Broncos basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Wayland Wildcats to 45 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Broncos now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grand Haven for a non-league contest on Monday, March 6. Coopersville will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 65-57 non-league win over St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI). The Buccaneers record now stands at 17-5.
The Wildcats (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against West Michigan Aviation Academy (Grand Rapids, MI). The enter the non-league contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, West Michigan Aviation Academy triumphed over Allegan (Allegan, MI), 74-42, in a non-league contest.
