In Tuesday's league outing, the McGregor Mercuries (McGregor, MN) basketball squad beat the visiting Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies (Isle, MN), by a margin of 83-65.
The Mercuries (7-17) will now prepare for their outing against Laporte (Laporte, MN). The Wildcats go into the A Section 5 outing with a 3-18 record. In their last outing, Laporte was topped by Walker-Hackensack-Akeley (Walker, MN), 66-45, in a league outing.
The Huskies now own a 2-17 record.
