Thief River Falls Prowlers (Thief River Falls, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Perham Yellowjackets (Perham, MN), 48-46 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Thief River Falls upgrades its record to 22-2 on the campaign. The Prowlers travel to Warroad (Warroad, MN) to play the Warriors in a AA Section 8 bout on Friday, March 3. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 9-15. Warroad lost 66-63 in their recent non-league bout against Goodridge/Grygla (Goodridge, MN)
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Fergus Falls Otters (Fergus Falls, MN) in a AA Section 8 bout, on Friday, March 3. Perham will attempt to upgrade on its 20-5 season record. The Otters come into the bout with a 6-19 record after their 78-54 non-league loss to St. Cloud Tech (St. Cloud, MN).
