Next, the Chargers confront the South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 1. Cox Mill will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC).

With the loss, Hopewell drops to 0-2 on the season. The Titans host East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, March 2. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-0. East Mecklenburg won 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Berry (Charlotte, NC)
