The Lambert Longhorns held off the visiting Dunwoody Wildcats soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Longhorns now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they host South Forsyth for a 7A Region 6 match on Friday, March 3. Lambert will encounter a War Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
With the loss, Dunwoody drops to 2-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Campbell (Smyrna, GA) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league match on Friday, March 3. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 5-1. Campbell won 10-0 in their recent non-league match against Mays (Atlanta, GA)
