The Rome Wolves smashed the visiting Calhoun Yellow Jackets soccer squad by a margin of 4-0 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Wolves now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sequoyah for a 6A Area 6 match on Friday, March 3. Rome will encounter a Chiefs squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Lassiter (Marietta, GA). The Chiefs record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Calhoun drops to 4-4 on the season. The Yellow jackets travel to Hiram (Hiram, GA) to encounter the Hornets in a 5A Area 7 match on Friday, March 3.
