The Stamford Bulldogs softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Coleman Bluecats to 4 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Stamford improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Cisco (Cisco, TX) to clash with the Loboes in a non-league game on Friday, March 3. The Loboes come into the game with a record of 4-2. Cisco won 9-0 in their recent non-league game against Christoval (Christoval, TX)

In their next game, the Bluecats clash with the Eldorado Eagles (Eldorado, TX) in a 2A Region I District 6 game, on Tuesday, March 7. Coleman will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 0-3 record after their 20-5 non-league loss to Bangs (Bangs, TX).
