The Trojans now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Wakefield for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2. Garner will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Sanderson (Raleigh, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Wake Forest falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Cleveland (Clayton, NC) to face the Rams in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 1. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Cleveland won 10-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Triton (Erwin, NC)
